General Policies, Procedures, And Conditions

1- All goods and services are to be sold for your regular price.

2- Hotel reservations must be requested using the hotel accommodation form. Phone requests will not be accepted. There is an additional charge for this service of $50.00 if the form is submitted less than 10 days prior to check-in date for local and 14 days for out of town reservations. Reservations are non-cancelable once confirmed. A $25.00 cash fee for all reservations requested is charged when confirmations are given.

3- Accounts more than 90 days in arrears on fees due will be terminated and all barter dollars in the account will become the property of World Trade Banc to be credited towards cash fees due.

4- Statements are sent out the first day of each month for the previous months activity.

5- A list of current available client services is available on our web sight at http://www.worldtradebanc.com If you do not have access to the web site a list will be sent out to you on request.

6-Any scrip requested by a client, which has to be mailed by World Trade Banc will be mailed 1st class mail and the client is responsible for the scrip once it is mailed. If the member requests mailing by another means, Fedex, DHL, or any other overnight service the customer must supply their account number for billing purposes. If you request shipping by priority mail or certified mail the cost in cash will be billed to your cash due account.

7-Member disputes will be resolved by World Trade Banc only if all members involved agree to the decision of World Trade Banc being binding on all parties involved.

8-All information contained on the World Trade Banc website is copywrite and intended soley for member use only. Giving access to this information to any third party will subject your account to being immediately terminated and full legal ramifications for violation of copywrite shall also appy.

9- Accounts with fees late more than 10 days will incur a minimum past due fee in cash of $1.00 and all purchasing ability will be suspended until fees are current.
